Moon International Inc. guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials or workmanship. Any claim should be presented by the customer to Moon in writing and within sixty (60) days of receipt of the merchandise. Moon agrees to investigate any claim within a reasonable amount of time and, at Moon's discretion, to replace or repair defective material, to refund the purchase price, or to grant a reasonable allowance against defects. Moon's liability for defective materials or components is limited solely to the review and determination of the manufacturer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unreasonable or abusive use, or damage during shipment.
